Originally unleashed on September 9, 1997, Sexless Demons and Scars is the debut album from Fort Lauderdale’s Jack Off Jill, a ferocious collision of punk, goth, noise, and raw alternative rock.

This reimagined edition features previously unseen found photographs from the album’s original 1997 photo shoot, along with archival notes written by Jessicka Addams.

Produced by Don Fleming, the album captures the band in its early, uncompromising form, featuring Jessicka, Robin Moulder, Jeff Tucci (Ho Ho Spade), and Lauracet Simpson. Featuring “My Cat,” “Girlscout,” “American Made,” and “Swollen,” the album remains a defining document of Jack Off Jill’s formative years and the late-’90s South Florida underground.
